Experience: Alan has over 30 years in marketing and research. He has been with the company since 1988 with the exception of four years in the late 1990s when he was the Market Manager at DFS Hawaii. Alan is well respected by clients and others in the marketplace, both locally and nationally, for his knowledge and experience in market research.
Professional Commitment: Alan is known for his professionalism and integrity in providing data collection and field services. He is committed to providing data of high quality and implements processes according to nationally recognized standards. He is experienced in data base management and usage of various software applications for market research and statistical analysis.
Team Management: Alan manages the team of field collectors and data entry operators. He is respected by the team for his hands-on knowledge, training and management skills resulting in a well-seasoned and experienced team. His field supervisors average 8+ years with the company bringing experience and quality of work to our clients.
